Erica Zolnierczyk, DMD
Due to her own experience with TMJ, headaches, dental issues such as a gummy smile, and breathing issues related to tongue-tie, Erica Zolnierczyk, DMD has developed a strong passion for helping others. She understands the transformative impact of the treatment she provides and is dedicated to serving her patients. She is committed to helping people with the most important human functions: nasal breathing and sleep, which can help prevent a lifetime of unnecessary medical interventions and compromised quality of life.
Dr. Erica is co-creator of the mini Sproutz program for children aged birth to three with anticipatory guidance for parents and to track oral development in early years. She speaks at meetings across the country on the topics of anticipatory guidance, becoming a functional frenuloplasty provider, and incorporating frenectomies into the everyday practice. Dr. Erica graduated from Loyola University Chicago with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, she went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2011.
