Her journey has been marked by various roles, including Wellness Director at the Sanford Center for Aging, Director of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, and currently, as a podcast host and blogger for the Center for Application Substance Abuse Technologies at the University of Nevada Reno. In addition, she serves as a Coach Mentor for the Chopra Certification Program and runs her private coaching practice. Heather’s commitment to lifelong learning is evident in her diverse roles and experiences, making her journey dynamic and impactful.

With over a decade of experience in enhancing holistic well-being, Heather is dedicated to fostering cultures that prioritize whole-person wellness. Her mission is clear: to empower others to lead fulfilling lives through comprehensive well-being practices. As a speaker, Heather brings passion, expertise, and a commitment to supporting people in transformational change so that they may live their best possible lives.

Heather holds degrees in Psychology and Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Nevada, Reno, complemented by certifications from Duke University, the University of Massachusetts, and the Center for Mind-Body Medicine. Continuously expanding her expertise, she seamlessly integrates wellness, stress management, and resilience techniques into her speaking engagements and interactions with participants. This approach fosters a supportive environment for participants to tap into their inner wisdom and examine how their daily lifestyle influences their future selves.
