Dr. Johanna Tesoniero, affectionately known as Dr. Tes, is a seasoned speaker and trainer. She brings 20+ years of experience in mentoring dental teams to her consultancy, Coral Reef Dental Consulting, and has dedicated her career to helping dental professionals reach their full potential. Her expertise lies in communication, teamwork, and change management, and she is also highly experienced in both mergers and acquisitions and starting practices from scratch.
Dr. Tesoniero’s professional competencies encompass clinical mentoring, management, team development, negotiation, and strategic growth planning. Her notable achievements include expanding a district from nine to forty-one offices within a span of two years and establishing eight new offices, which led to a substantial increase in both revenue and EBITDA.
Dr. Tes has a reputation for nurturing long-lasting, positive relationships with her colleagues and team members, earning her a respected position within the dental industry. She is an active participant in various dental organizations and has held a position as a consultant for the Arizona Board of Dentistry. She has served as visiting faculty and mentor for Spear Education.
