Over the last 21 years, Kate has gained a keen insight into the inner workings of over a hundred highly successful dental practices. Most recently, she was a Practice Administrator for a multi-doctor, multi-office oral surgery practice in central New Jersey. Kate’s areas of expertise include practice management and growth, team building, training, process improvement, marketing and change management.
With her naturally enthusiastic and dynamic personality, Kate is known for her unique approach to capturing audiences. She is a certified Everything DiSC and PXT SelectTM Trainer, as well as an accredited Five Behaviors of a Cohesive TeamTM Facilitator. Leveraging her clinical, business, and leadership experience, she lectures nationally on how to build high-performing dental teams, improve communication, and provide superior patient experiences in the digital age.
