Kim Mack, RDH
Kim is well respected in Arizona as a Practice Management Expert. In addition to owning 15 dental offices, she is also the founder and Managing Director of Practice Strategies, a successful Dental Management company that has been providing advice, training, and support services to dentists and their teams since 1995.
Like a lot of people in this field, Kim began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant in high school. She went on to earn her hygiene degree in 1983 from Kalamazoo, MI. While working as a hygienist for the next 10+ years, Kim became interested in the business aspect of dentistry, which pushed her decision to pursue a 2nd degree in business management.
Kim’s appetite for challenges opened many doors and created opportunities in her career. While she credits her success to the mentors she chose along the way, it is obvious that her unique ability to connect with people contributes to her accomplishments.
