Stacy DiDonato began her career in dentistry in 1993 and has worked as a dental assistant, administrative team member, and office manager in general dental practices as well as a specialty practice. Stacy spent more than ten years helping to grow a large cosmetic and reconstructive practice for a past President and Fellow of the AACD. Stacy is a Frontline Communications Coach at LionSpeak. She teaches unscripted telephone communication skills, evaluates mystery shopper calls and coaches clients subscribed in LionSpeak’s Superstar Telephone Skills program. Stacy helps treatment and financial coordinators master challenging conversations with patients as well as the leadership conversations necessary for team managers and leaders.
